Guest FAQ

Is there a backup plan for outdoor weddings in case of bad weather?

We will move the entire ceremony indoors, and guests will sit at your tables to witness vows.

Yes, ample parking is provided to the East of the venue in our field parking lot. If needed, guests are welcome to drop off at our front door, and then continue to park to the East. Please keep the driveway in front of the building clear from parked vehicles. Vehicles may be left overnight to avoid drinking and driving, but must be picked up by 8am the following day.

Music and alcohol service are both required to end by 11pm. All guests besides that of the designated clean-up crew must be off property by midnight.

The Blue Ribbon Barn has does not have any steps, and is accessible throughout the venue for wheelchair and walker use.

No animals allowed on the property unless they are a service animal, or part of the wedding ceremony.

No smoking in the venue or courtyard. A designated ash bucket is located at the front, West end of the venue.

Our couples (your loved ones) have worked very hard to pull together a magnificent day. Please be considerate and arrive only 5 – 30 minutes before your invitation states. Most likely, the finishing touches are still being added to make for the perfect wedding backdrop. Please note, if you arrive during the ceremony, do your best to sneak in quietly.

Children under 10 will need to have adult supervision throughout their time at our venue. Please do not allow your children to enter the garden beds or hang on the tent posts for their own safety.
